By subscribing to or upgrading a paid plan on YouTube Transcript, you expressly authorize YouTube Transcript to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable subscription fees, including recurring charges, plan changes, and any applicable taxes.

By completing a purchase or upgrade, you confirm that:

• You are the authorized cardholder or have explicit permission from the authorized cardholder to use the payment method
• You understand that the subscription involves recurring billing according to the selected plan
• Charges are initiated with your knowledge and consent at the time the transaction is completed

You may withdraw this authorization at any time by canceling your subscription through your account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not affect charges already processed prior to cancellation.

4. What Is Not Supported

Please note that we do not support the following video types:

• Private, unlisted, or age-restricted videos
• Videos without transcripts or subtitles
• Geoblocked content (e.g., videos unavailable in your region)

Attempting to extract a transcript from these types of videos may result in an error or blank result. This is expected behavior and does not qualify as a tool malfunction.

5. Unauthorized Access

Users must access the service exclusively through the UI or public API as outlined in the documentation.

Any attempt to access, query, or interact with the service through unauthorized means, including direct database queries, reverse engineering, or bypassing authentication mechanisms, is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized access may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal, harmful, or unethical activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or any security features
• Use the service to create a competing service without prior written consent
• Create multiple accounts to bypass free plan usage limits
